    a.Register for the EVent, which can be done exclusively via an on-line form available at the TAGDV website; and

    b.Pay the Event fee, as defined by the TAGDV.

  2. TAGDV reserves a right to modify the list of speakers, performers and/or the agenda for reasons beyond its control. TAGDV shall not be held liable in any way for damages to the Participants in such event.

  3. TAGDV reserves a right to alter the Event date for reasons beyond its control.
